The data is available in the INSPIRE-PLU data model and is available via OGC:WMS and predefined ATOM.本数据集为符合INSPIRE标准的布赖斯高地区弗赖堡市开发规划。编号为4-063a的开发规划于2007年3月2日正式生效。开发规划包含城市规划领域具有法律约束力的管控要求，是建设管理规划的核心组成部分。规划编制主体明确规定了建设活动的选址、建设内容与实施方式。原则上，开发规划应依托土地利用规划编制。本数据集采用INSPIRE-PLU数据模型进行组织，可通过开放地理空间信息联盟（OGC）Web地图服务（WMS）与预定义ATOM供稿服务获取。
