A.R.I.A. PRGC — Areas of Relevant Environmental Interest UPDATED

Following the establishment of the Areas of Important Environmental Interest (A.R.I.A.), the Territorial Planning Offices carried out a survey of the variations to the RPGs concerning the transposition of the A.R.I.A. and the subsequent digitalisation of the perimeters found (see notes). Article 10 of Regional Law No 13/1998 provided that once they were established, the A.R.I.A. would be subject to variations to the RPGs instead of the detailed regional territorial plans, but included the mandatory nature of the “Technical Guidance Documents — DTIs”.在重要环境利益区（Areas of Important Environmental Interest，简称A.R.I.A.）设立后，各领土规划办公室针对区域规划文件（RPGs）中涉及A.R.I.A.相关要求转化纳入的修订内容，以及后续对已划定边界范围的数字化工作开展了调研（详见附注）。1998年第13号区域法令第10条明确规定，A.R.I.A.正式设立后，其相关规划的修订将遵循RPGs的规则，而非区域详细领土规划，但需强制执行“技术指导文件——DTIs”的相关要求。
