Artist Boss - Exhibition at New Art Centre, Roche Court, Salisbury, UK

Artist Boss is a creative research project, which explores the relationship between artist and assistant. Initiated by Bath Spa University and Norwich University of the Arts, Artist Boss focuses on the prolific sculptor Sir Anthony Caro (1924 – 2013), investigating the traditional assistants role, its impact on learning and artistic careers. This item contains documentation of an exhibition running from 19th November 2016 to 29th January 2017, curated by Jenny Dunseath & Mark Wilsher. The included photographs represent example images of the artists' work displayed at the exhibition. Artists exhibited included Anthony Caro, Ian Dawson, John Gibbons, Guy Martin, and John Wallbank.
