资源简介:
The datasets contained the original data of the manuscript title "Protective effects of NF-κB inhibitor and continuous perfusion of pulmonary arteries on pulmonary injury in piglets models of deep hypothermia low flow". Through this research, we found that PDTC administration together with CPP is more effective in protecting pulmonary function against the DHLF-CPB-induced lung injury in comparison with CPP alone. The mechanisms involve improved oxygenation, and inhibition of inflammatory response and NF-κB signaling pathway. The coupled use of PDTC and CPP represents a novel preventative strategy for DHLF-induced lung injury in infants and neonates undergoing cardiac surgeries
