Session notes: Tilt series of R. eutropha storage granules from cells grown for 9hrs in minimal media then mildly lysed. Tilt series notes: Ruptured cell remnants and putative granule. Tomogram notes: Sonicated cell, multiple storage granules, rippling of cell walls and membrane due to lysis, multiple vesicle formation. Granules show slightly dark border at certain areas. Reconstructed by Wesley.
