Mass_Variation_Data
收藏资源简介:
This dataset provides a comprehensive record of the mass variations observed in FeCrAl alloy substrates before and after the application of different surface modification treatments, including thermal, chemical, and hybrid treatments. It includes the initial mass (m0), measured prior to treatment, and the final mass (mf), recorded after treatment, allowing for the quantitative assessment of mass changes associated with each modification procedure. The absolute mass variation (Δm) and the corresponding percentage mass variation (Δm%) are also reported to facilitate comparison between treatment conditions and alloy grades. The measurements are provided for duplicate samples, enabling the assessment of experimental reproducibility and consistency. The dataset is organized into three dedicated worksheets, each corresponding to one of the investigated FeCrAl alloy: Kanthal® APMT, Kanthal® A-1, and Kanthal® AF. This structure allows for straightforward comparison of the mass variation behaviour among the different alloy compositions and treatment conditions. The collected data provide a quantitative basis for evaluating the effects of the applied treatments on the substrates and complement the morphological and surface characterization results obtained through complementary analytical techniques.
