Environmental data is in ASCII grid file format for VK826. This is a non-proprietary text file format for gridded data. This file format describes the number of columns and the number of rows, the origin in the lower left corner, the cell-size, and a value or no-data value for each cell starting in the upper-left corner. ASC grids were used for Bathymetry, Slope, and Aspect. Bathymetry is the depth below sea-level. Slope is the value in degree or slope percentage between adjacent cells. Aspect is the direction of slope between adjacent cells. Slope and Aspect were derived from Bathymetry collected with a multibeam echo-sounder. CSV files contain the UTM location for each coral collected and an attribute that was analyzed in MaxEnt. (Clone ID, Color, and MSAT Lineage)
针对VK826的环境数据采用ASCII网格文件格式 (ASCII grid file format) 存储。该格式为非专有栅格数据文本格式,可记录栅格的列数、行数、左下角原点坐标、像元大小,以及从左上角起始的每个像元的数值或无数据值。 本次研究使用ASC网格存储测深 (Bathymetry)、坡度 (Slope) 与坡向 (Aspect) 数据。测深指海平面以下的水深值;坡度为相邻像元间的坡度角度或坡度百分比;坡向为相邻像元间的坡面朝向。坡度与坡向数据均由多波束测深仪采集的测深数据衍生得到。 CSV文件存储了每一个采集的珊瑚样本的通用横轴墨卡托 (UTM) 坐标,以及用于最大熵模型 (MaxEnt) 分析的属性字段,包括克隆ID (Clone ID)、颜色 (Color) 与微卫星谱系 (MSAT Lineage)。
