Transcriptome data of lver and skeletal muscle on Zhenqi Granules administered and control in pig

A total of 24 healthy castrated male Large White piglets (46 days old) were randomly distributed into 3 groups of 8 each. The two treatment groups were fed with basal diets supplemented with Zhenqi Granules1g/kg (ZQ-1g) and 2 g/kg of ZQ (ZQ-2g), respectively, for 30 days. One month after the last administration, liver and skeletal muscle tissue samples were collected for transcriptome analysis from 3 randomly chosen pigs from ZQ-1g and control groups, respectively.
