资源简介:

Dataset Object use (canonicity and distraction in object selection) task, demographics and neuropsychology: participant-level summary data Associated manuscript Armas P, et al. Semantic control across Alzheimer Disease phenotypes: cognitive mechanisms and neural correlates. Participants 44 participants from the Sant Pau Initiative on Neurodegeneration (SPIN), Sant Pau Memory Unit, Barcelona, Spain, tested May 2021 - May 2023: 16 healthy controls, 11 typical (amnestic) AD, 17 lvPPA. Task Corbett, Jefferies & Lambon Ralph (2011) object-use task, Spanish translation (9 culturally irrelevant items removed): 28 task IDs x 4 conditions (C-U, C-R, N-U, N-R) = 112 trials. Structure One row per participant. Tab 'Data' = English variable names and values; tab 'Data_Dictionary' = one row per variable with original (analysis-script) name. Missing values are blank. De-identification Original participant IDs replaced by random study IDs; date of birth and test date/time removed; age reported in 5-year bands (open-ended <60 and >=80) and years of education in bands (<=9, 10-12, 13-16, >=17); rare categories collapsed (dominant language 'Other', n=1; two primary-education labels merged; one 'left, converted to right' handedness merged into 'Left'). No HIPAA Safe Harbor identifiers remain. Prepared following NIH NOT-OD-22-213. Small-sample privacy note This is a small dataset (n=44) from a single clinical site. Even without names, IDs or dates, combinations of demographic and clinical characteristics could allow inferences about a participant's identity. For this reason age and education are provided only in bands and rare categories have been collapsed. Exact values are not available in this file. Access The data files are restricted and available by request only. Consistent with the project's data management and sharing plan, de-identified participant-level data are shared only under an approved data use and sharing agreement between The University of Texas at Austin, Hospital de la Santa Creu i Sant Pau, and the requesting institution, in line with institutional policy. How to request access 1. Email both investigators to start the data use and sharing agreement: Dr. Stephanie M. Grasso (smgrasso@austin.utexas.edu) and Dr. Miguel Ángel Santos-Santos (msantoss@santpau.cat). Include your name and institution, a brief description of the intended research use, the names of everyone who will access the data, and the contact details of the institutional official who will sign the agreement. 2. Submit a request through the 'Request access' option on this Zenodo record, using the same description. 3. Access to the files is granted on Zenodo once the agreement has been signed by all institutions. Data use Under the agreement, recipients commit to: (1) using the data only for research purposes and not to identify any individual participant; (2) securing the data using appropriate computer technology; (3) not further disclosing the data beyond the uses outlined in the agreement and not redistributing the data (original or derived); (4) citing the original study and referencing the data in the methods section of any resulting manuscript; (5) destroying the data after analyses are completed and depositing any new data generated from use of the dataset; (6) reporting any use or disclosure of the data not provided for by the agreement within 15 days of becoming aware of it; and (7) requiring everyone who uses the data under the agreement to comply with it. Anyone else who wishes to use the data must submit their own request and have their own approved agreement in place. Recipients may not attempt to identify, re-identify or contact any participant, or link these data with other information for that purpose. Any inadvertent identification must not be disclosed and must be reported to the investigators named above. Version v2_2026-10-30 (v2 updates the Access and Data use sections; data files unchanged from v1) Files - ObjUse_SemanticControl_deidentified_English_with_dictionary_v2_2026-10-30.xlsx: three tabs. 'Data' = one row per participant (44 rows, 107 variables); 'Data_Dictionary' = one row per variable (name, description, type, units/values, notes, n non-missing, observed range or levels); 'README' = this information.
