Data associated with McGovern et al. - Oil Things Bright and Beautiful? How hydrocarbon pollution impacts guppy ornamentation

The data consists of two separate worksheets that contains all the male ornamentation data from the associated study. Worksheet 1 (Colour ornaments) provides information on the five populations (two non-polluted N1 and N2, two anthropogenic polluted P1 and P2, and the Pitch Lake, PL, as an example of a naturally polluted habitat), including the year fish were collected, their standard length and total body area, as well as colour measurements for the three different ornament types orange, iridescence and black. For each of these, it provides number of spots, total area and percent area, as well as measurements in L*a*b* colour space. Worksheet 2 (DeltaE - 2018 fish) provides the calculated DeltaE values for the three different colour ornaments for all males from 2018. Please note that one male, 5MC32, did not have any orange colour ornaments, which is why the DeltaE value is given as 'NA'.
