Dataset supporting paper: "LC-MS based lipidomics depict phosphatidylethanolamine as biomarkers of triple negative breast cancerTNBC cells-MDA-MB-231 over nTNBC MCF-7 cells"

Dataset consists of mzData compressed as zip files from three replicates and three pseudo replicates for two cell lines: MCF-7 and MDA-MB-231 cells. A blank is also include in the dataset with QC samples. Mass spectra were acquired in an Agilent QTOF 6545A coupled to a 1290 Infinity II lLC system using MS mode with an ESI+ ion source.
