Groundwater protection (OGV, 2010) (history)

In the province, at eighteen locations, water is extracted for public drinking water supply. Around these win sites, protection zones are designated in the FPA, based on the vulnerability of the areas. The distinction consists of vulnerable, less vulnerable and non-vulnerable areas. The most vulnerable areas receive the most protection in terms of size and measures. A protection zone is made up of different zones. This stock shows the various groundwater protection gradations: water extraction area, groundwater protection area, area against physical soil degradation as shown in the Environmental Vision adopted by Provincial States on 2 June 2010, Map 11 (Flood).本省共设有18处取水点，用于公共饮用水供应。基于各区域的脆弱性等级，FPA已在这些取水点周边划定饮用水水源保护区。该分类体系将区域划分为脆弱、较脆弱与非脆弱三类，其中脆弱性最高的区域在保护范围与保护措施层面均获得最严格的保护。单个饮用水水源保护区由多个子区域构成。本数据集涵盖了各类地下水保护分级：取水区域、地下水保护区，以及依据2010年6月2日省议会通过的《环境愿景》文件中的第11号（洪水）地图所划定的土壤物理退化防治区域。
