CDEM Event Area (OpenData)

This entity describes Civil Defence Emergence Management (CDEM) Event data which can be used publicly on maps and apps to help inform the public of information relating to Cordon and Evacuation areas. The CDEM Event Area feature captures the following locations (available from a picklist): · Assembly Areas · Evacuation Areas · Inner Cordon Areas · Outer Cordon Areas Other non-picklist fields: · The name of the area e.g. Southern Assembly Area, Inner Cordon – North. · Event Area Information to allow for general information to be made available about the areas if needed e.g. ‘Inner Cordon – USAR access only’, ‘General Teams Assembly Area’ It is spatially abstracted to an area.
