Antigen-specific and bystander epidermal CD8+ resident memory T cells

RNAseq analysis of epidermal OT-I Trm generated by VV-OVA infection or DNFB-pull Thy1.1 OT-I cells were adoptively transferred into WT mice. Mice were infected on 1 flank with VV-OVA followed 5 days later by DNFB-pull on the opposite flank. 57-70 days later, OT-I cells were isolated by enzymatic digestion from the epidermis and FACS sorted.
