Metagenome in Strawberry leaves Raw sequence reads

In project were evaluated and compared leaf endosphere shotgun metagenomics in two cultivars (cv. Elsanta and cv. Sonsation) - controls and treatment with multi-strain Bacillus spp. consortium (BacMix). The cultivar-independent trends suggested that BacMix simultaneously restructures endophytic functions and supports quality-relevant metabolism, providing a microbiome-informed route to reduce chemical inputs while preserving fruit sweetness and ripening attributes.
