SERS-PLSR Analysis of Vaginal Microflora: Towards the Spectral Library of Microorganisms

The dataset includes: i) SERS spectra of microorganisms from Lactobacillus spp., Bifidobacterium spp., Candida spp., and also some pathogens, e.g. Prevotella bivia, Gardnerella vaginalis, Mobiluncus mulieris, Trichomonas vaginalis; ii) loading plots calculated for associations e.g.: Candida spp., Lactobacillus spp., Bifidobacterium spp., but also Lactobacillus spp. with Bifidobacterium spp. and Lactobacillus spp., Bifidobacterium spp., with the chosen pathogen.
