Dataset Direct Download Service (WFS): Hydroelectric plants granted in Provence Alpes Côte d’Azur

The PACA region is the third largest region in France in terms of installed hydropower and hydroelectric power generation (15 % of French production). Installations whose installed capacity (i.e. the product of drop height, turbinated flow and gravity) is strictly greater than 4.5 megawatts (MW) are granted by the State through a public works concession award procedure. The region has 43 concessions, of which the co-ordinating prefect is one of the prefects of the six departments (see table below). DREAL PACA is responsible for the supervision of the concessionaires of hydroelectric installations. As such, it is responsible for the application of the concession policy (Decree No 94-894 as amended on the concession and declaration of public utility of works using hydropower), which includes the award or renewal procedure by tendering.PACA大区是法国水电装机容量与水电发电量均位列第三的地区，其水电产量占法国总产量的15%。装机容量（即水头、过机流量与重力加速度的乘积）严格大于4.5兆瓦（MW）的水电设施，需通过公共工程特许经营授予程序由国家核发特许经营权。该大区共计拥有43项水电特许经营权，其中统筹协调此类特许经营权的省长，为该大区下辖六个省的省长之一（详见下表）。 PACA大区环境、规划与住房局（DREAL PACA）负责对水电设施特许经营者进行监管。据此，该局负责落实相关特许经营政策——即经修订的《第94-894号水电设施特许经营与公共效用申报政令》，该政策涵盖特许经营权的招标授予与续期流程。
