Crimes; first instance trial, municipalities (classification 2011) ‘94-’11

This table deals with court criminal cases that have been settled by the court of first instance. The figures can be broken down by type of crime, final decision, 25 large municipalities and some characteristics of the municipality where the crime occurred. The data per municipality is presented for all years according to the municipal classification of 1 January 2011. The large municipalities were chosen on the basis of the big city policy (GSB). The characteristics consist of the degree of urbanity and the size class of the municipalities, according to the situation in 2011. The court’s adjudications are not taken into account as a settlement of the cases joined by the judge at the hearing in another case. The figures in the table are rounded to five. Data available from 1994 to 2011. Status of the figures: The 2011 data is provisional. As this table has been discontinued, the data will no longer be definitive.
