Development plan Farmsen-Berne 38 Hamburg

The planned area lies on the edge of the landscape axis running from Ammersbek to Hamburg in the district of Wandsbek, in the district of Farmsen-Berne, and is an important link between the Hamburg surroundings and the urban green spaces. The planned settlement runs north of the Bernese Heerweg. Grave land is currently on the plots of the plan area. The western parcel already belongs to the project promoter, the DHU Baugenossenschaft. The eastern parcel in 1783 is still owned by the FHH and is to be sold to DHU after completion of the development plan procedure.本次规划地块位于万德斯贝克区（Wandsbek）法尔森-贝尔内区（Farmsen-Berne）境内，地处从阿默斯贝克（Ammersbek）延伸至汉堡的景观轴线（landscape axis）边缘地带，是汉堡城郊与城市绿地之间的重要衔接纽带。规划居住区坐落于贝尔内海韦格公路（Bernese Heerweg）北侧，当前规划地块范围内尚存墓地用地。西侧地块已归属项目开发商DHU建筑合作社（DHU Baugenossenschaft），东侧地块目前仍由FHH持有，待开发规划审批程序完成后将转让予DHU。
