Homeless prevention - exit destination for prevention households

This dataset describes where households who are enrolled in an FHPAP program report they are going to be staying after exiting the program. These include the five categories in HMIS: homeless (a place not meant for human habitation), institutional (an institutional setting), temporary (staying with friends or family in a temporary situation), permanent (staying with friends and family or their own permanent housing), and other (exit interview not completed or unknown destination).
