Gene expression in 15 weeks of neurons differentiated from MPS II-induced pluripotent stem cells

To investigate the gene expression in the regulation of neuron differentiation between healthy human control and MPS II. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using mRNAs of 3 healthy human control iPSC- and 9 MPS II-iPSC-dervied 15 weeks neurons. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for healthy human control iPSC- and MPS II-iPSC-dervied 15 weeks neuron.
