Ammopiptanthus nanus Transcriptome or Gene expression

The genus Ammopiptanthus (Leguminosae) comprises of two species with high level of morphological similarity: A. mongolicus (Maxim. Ex Kom.) Cheng f. and A. nanus (M. Pop.) Cheng f. Both A. nanus and A. mongolicus grow in dry desert areas and narrowly distributed. In China, A. nanus distributes in arid regions of Xinjiang Autonomous Region. By now, few studies were performed in A. nanus, in spite of ecological significance of A. nanus in central Asia. Here, we utilized RNA-seq to characterize the A. nanus transcriptome.
