To identify potential unique miRs that contribute to shaping the intestinal stemness in colitis, we analyzed the miRNome of colonic crypt stem cells from DSS-induced colitis mice. Overall design: microRNAs profiles of cilonic crypt stem cells isolated from wild type (WT) mice (8-week-old) which were pretreated with normal drinking water or 3% dextran sulfate sodium (DSS) for 7 days were generated by Agilent Mouse miRNA (8*60K) V21.0 microarray.
