Indicators created for the MSF malaria risk study

This project encompasses all datasets generated throughout the MSF malaria case study. The entire workflow, from initial data access to the final results, is meticulously documented and openly shared on GitHub. Our scripts are extensively commented and explained line by line to enhance transparency and accessibility, enabling others to easily reuse and build upon our work.
