Effects of soil microbial network interaction in Peanut/Cassava intercropping system

To explore the response of rhizosphere core microbial community to rhizosphere decomposition, peanut and cassava rhizosphere microbial diversity and core microbial species interaction were detected through using rRNA hiph-throughput sequencing and the phylogenetic molecular ecological network by random matrix theory(MRT)-based network approach.Results showed that in intercropping system microbial species Chloroflexi were the core dominant flora while in monocropping system Acidobacteria was the core microbes interacting with other microbial nodes.
