Gene expression analysis of frozen skin from B6 mouse models of Cutaneous Lupus Erythematosus and Primary Cicatricial Alopecia

OT1 CD8 T cells or OT2 Th2 T cells were injected into rtTA+K5TGO+TLR9KO recipients or littermate controls. A portion of the skin was frozen and saved for RNA analysis at the first presentation of disease (approximately 3-4 weeks). OT2 recipient skin was also harvested at flare (approximately 10-12 weeks). All extracted RNA samples were analyzed using NanoString mouse Cancer Immunology panel (C3400).
