Derived data for 'Auditing deletion stability in pooled ordinations: a paper-level protocol for sparse ecological meta-matrices'
收藏资源简介:
Derived research data from a purposively sampled corpus of 138 peer-reviewed studies of mangrove and closely coupled estuarine water-quality conditions. The bundle contains: a 44-parameter presence layer (one row per study condition, with reporting flags and paper-level verdicts); a harmonized value layer in canonical units (2,658 numeric values plus 7 censored values; 2,705 records across 3,216 Stage-B extraction cells, with 551 documented blanks and 0 undocumented gaps; no article text is redistributed); per-row membership in the seven frozen parameter families; the frozen family, unit and verdict rule documents; machine-readable verdict-derivation and unit-conversion logs; the criterion-by-criterion tier verdicts for the seven frozen families under the manuscript's family-stability rubric; a 138-paper corpus manifest with DOIs; a 100-cell extraction verification trace; and SHA-256 checksums for every file. The data support the deletion-stability audit, the family-restriction negative control, and the verdict-layer limitation in "Auditing deletion stability in pooled ordinations: a paper-level protocol for sparse ecological meta-matrices". Analysis code is available at https://github.com/praswibowoo/ordination-stability-audit (tag code-v1.2, MIT); it is not part of this data record. Version 1.1 corrects the documented-blank count to 551 (40 blank records plus 511 Stage-B extraction cells; 2,658 numeric and 7 censored values) and updates the family-rule description to match the manuscript (pre-registered baseline plus documented amendments).
