GCAD-Global v1.2 and Nature flagship analysis package: inverting the institutional filter of global industrial accident records (1970-2025)

Version v1.13: Nature flagship submission package (editorial pre-review, tenth pass - acknowledgements fix). Identical to v1.12 except that a residual truncated funding sentence ('Funded by the Natural Science Foundation of Beijing Municipality') left dangling at the end of the Acknowledgements paragraph was removed, so the funding statement appears once, in the separate Funding section. Harmonised multi-source corpus (525,632 source records, about 305,000 chemical-relevant) from ARIA/BARPI (France), NRC/USCG (USA) and eMARS (EU), with GDELT and MEM-CN exploratory layers; per-tier detection model with reproducible slopes (+13.3/+3.5/-0.3) and a country-bootstrap monotonicity check (96.7%; minor-major slope difference +9.9, 95% CI 1.35-45.49); identification boundary (SI 2A) and near-separation treatment (SI 3B); 10 Extended Data figures with Supplementary Tables 1-12; 2,500-word main text; line-numbered Word files; 68 machine-readable tables and the full 81-script pipeline.
