Astilbe rivularis Genome sequencing and assembly

Astilbe rivularis Buch. Ham. is a rhizomatous perennial herb, belong to the Saxifragaceae family, native distribute at the northwest Yunnan province. It was in rare species list and frequently used in treatment of inflammation by the local people. Here, we sequenced the complete chloroplast (cp) genome sequence of A. rivularis Buch. Ham. to investigate its phylogenetic relationship in the family Saxifragaceae.
