<code>The data </code>in<code> this </code>folder<code> pertains </code>to the<code> paper Fish et al </code>2022<code>, PLOS Water, </code>"<strong>Impacts of temperature and hydraulic regime on discolouration and biofilm fouling in drinking water distribution systems</strong>"<code>. </code> <code>Please see </code>the<code> paper </code>for<code> full method </code>and<code> data analysis details, </code>as<code> well </code>as a detailed<code> description </code>of the<code> sampling point nomencluture. </code> <br> <code>The three .csv files contain the data used to plot and conduct the related statistical analyses for </code>Figures 3, 4 and 5 in the aforementioned paper. Files are named to correspond to these figures, header information etc is included in the "read me" file which includes a description of the data. <br> <code>Water quality data (turbidity, iron and manganese) during flushing (by increasing flow rates) of drinking water pipes (Figure 3 and Figure 4).</code> <br> <code>Biofilm cell volume data is based on CLSM Z-stack images of stained drinking water biofilms (Figure 5). </code> <br>
