资源简介:
In this study, phosphorus slag (PS) was used to remediate cadmium contaminated soil. Incubation experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of PS on the physical-chemical properties of cadmium contaminated soil, and the distribution of Cd fractions in soil. Pot experiment was carried out to investigate the effect of PS on the growth and cadmium accumulation of pakchoi (Brassica chinensis L.). The incubation experiment results showed that PS increased the pH, electrical conductivity (EC), cation exchange capacity (CEC), available phosphorus and available silicon in the soil, while reduced the exchangeable fraction of Cd by 96.7% at 5.0% application rate. The pot experiment suggested that the application of PS on both Cd contaminated soils could work in several aspects included the reduction of the Cd accumulation in pakchoi leaf and root, the decrease of translocation factor (TF) and bioaccumulation factors (BCF) in pakchoi, the increase of the chlorophyll content in pakchoi and the promotion of pakchoi root system development. It found that compared with control experiment with the application rate of PS at 2.0% in 3.16 mg kg-1 Cd contaminated soil, Cd in the leaf and root of pakchoi decreased by 70.7% and 58.7%, respectively.
