Transcriptome and Cut&Tag Sequencing in HD Models

We are going to upload the following three sets of data:1. In the HD mouse model YAC128 at four months of age, AAVs with neuronal-specific promoters were stereotactically injected into the brain. One group carried the control, while the other overexpressed SHMT2. Two months after viral injection, fresh striatal tissue was harvested for transcriptome sequencing.2. In 2-month-old WT mice, AAV viruses carrying the control and neuronal-specific SHMT2 knockdown were injected into the striatum. Two months later, fresh striatal tissue was harvested for bulk sequencing.3. Cut&tag experiments were performed on control cells HdhQ7, HD disease group cells HdhQ111, and Haloperidol-treated HdhQ111 cells using H3K9 lactylation and H4K16 lactylation antibodies, followed by sequencing.
