A laboratory study of wave effects on sea spray generation

Our experiments focus on the wave effcts on the sea spray generation under the same wind speed, and wave measurements、wind measurements and sea spray measurements are included. We recorded wind-wave surface elevation into wave datasets, and the actual parameters such as the wave steepness of the wind-waves can be achieved. Wind datasets are the real wind speed of experiments, which are 0.3m above the mean surface. Each of our sea spray measurements is divided into 30 bins that correspond to 2-50 microns of sea spray in diameter, the number of sea spray in each bin is recorded in each experiment. Then we get the generation functions of sea spray.本实验聚焦于相同风速下波浪对海浪飞沫生成的影响，实验涵盖波浪测量、风速测量与海浪飞沫测量三类内容。我们将风浪表面高程数据录入波浪数据集，由此可获取风浪波陡度等实际参数。风速数据集为实验中距平均海面0.3米处测得的真实风速。本实验中每一组海浪飞沫测量均划分为30个粒径分档，对应直径2至50微米的海浪飞沫，每次实验均记录每个分档内的飞沫数量。最终可得到海浪飞沫的生成函数。
