Data and Code for: Beyond Bitcoin? A Bibliometric Mapping of Cryptocurrency Dominance in Fintech and Behavioural Finance Research (2016-2026)

This repository contains derived bibliographic data and the R analysis script supporting the paper "Beyond Bitcoin? A Bibliometric Mapping of Cryptocurrency Dominance in Fintech and Behavioural Finance Research (2016-2026)". Raw bibliographic records were retrieved from Scopus and Web of Science Core Collection on 22 July 2026. Due to database licensing restrictions, raw exports are not redistributed here. This repository contains only the derived, deduplicated dataset (merged via bibliometrix) and summary indicators computed from it, together with the full R script used to generate every analysis and figure reported in the paper. Contents:- merged_dataset_882_docs.csv: deduplicated dataset (882 documents, Scopus + Web of Science)- sources_summary.csv, authors_summary.csv, country_summary.csv: descriptive bibliometric indicators- bradford_table.csv, lotka_authorprod.csv: Bradford's and Lotka's Law results- analysis_script.R: full R script (bibliometrix) used to generate all analyses and figures Software: R, package bibliometrix (see sessionInfo() output at the top of the script for exact version).
