We profiled genome-wide gene expression duirng iPSC reprogramming from Cry1 KO and the wild-type MEFs at the single cell resolution Overall design: Primary MEFs derived from Cry1 KO and the WT mice were transfected with Yamanaka 4F and cultured in ESC medium. Both before and after the treatment with 2i, cells underwent the FACS sorting followed by scRNA-seq.
