资源简介:
Rainfall induces changes in the organic matter of soil aggregates. However, there are few reports on the regulatory mechanisms of rainfall-soil-microbe interactions affecting soil organic matter. Nevertheless, there are scarce reports on the regulatory mechanisms of rainfall-soil-microbe interactions impacting soil organic matter. In this study, soil samples were collected from a long-term experimental site at Jilin Agricultural University in Changchun, Jilin Province, Northeast China. We then utilized high-throughput sequencing to analyze the distribution changes among soil aggregates under simulated rainfall and the microbes associated with the loss of organic matter and carbon transformation. Our aim was to investigate the distribution changes in soil aggregates at different particle sizes under simulated rainfall and identify the microbes predominantly distributed in specific particle sizes that significantly influence organic matter.
