Datasets for 'Cepstral Strain Mapping for Small Pixel-Count Detectors'

4D-STEM datasets used to generate the strain mapping results reported in the paper 'Cepstral Strain Mapping for Small Pixel-Count Detectors'. The 4D-STEM datasets for Si-SIGe (Fig. 3) are provided in the zipped folder - SiGe_data.zip. These datasets are acquired on a 128 x 128 EMPAD-G2 detector with a 128 x 128 real-space scan. The raw files have dimensions of 128 X 128 X 128 X 128. All other zipped folders (each corresponding to a particular aperture size and dwell time) contain 4D-datasets for the Si wedge used to produce Fig. 4. These are acquired with 128 x 128 scan steps in real space on a 128 x 128 EMPAD detector. The raw files have dimensions of 128 X 128 X 130 X 128, with the extra two rows corresponding to metadata. Detailed Instructions for reading in the raw file, installing the required packages for cepstral analysis, and generating the strain maps are made available in these github repositories - https://github.com/muller-group-cornell/Cepstral_analysis_Python (Python version) and https://github.com/muller-group-cornell/PC-STEM (MATLAB version).
