RAD sequencing of Schinia moth collections from North America

This study uses the genome of a putatively specialist moth (Schinia gracilenta) to test if the species contains a signal of the Indigenous cultivation of its host plant (Iva annua). Schinia moths were collected from 35 collection sites across North America over the course of two years. RAD-sequencing technique was used to sequence moth DNA.
