A strain of Sp.65 with better acid tolerance that selected from the wild environment as well as an acid sensitive strain Sp.SC were performed comparative transcriptomics analysis from the perspectives of evolution and different responses to AA and LA. The relevant results provide data support for the acid tolerance mechanism of Schizosaccharomyces pombe and reveal the response of Schizosaccharomyces pombe to different organic acids.
