Culex quinquefasciatus Transcriptome or Gene expression

The mosquitoes were microinjected with purified JEV NS1'. An equal amount of BSA was used as a negative control. Every three mosquitoes were a sample, and the total transcriptome was sequenced by the company. Mosquitoes that were injected with purified JEV NS1' were dissected for RNA-Seq analysis, focusing on immune signaling components, enzymes, and effectors involved in RNA interference (RNAi), the Toll pathway, the IMD pathway, and the JAK-STAT pathway.
