Additional file 8. The data reports the results of mixture model fitting for SPI data with Nop10 using ScreenGarden’s ‘Mixture Model’ tool. Mixture model fitting produces q-values for each mean LGR. A q-value > 0.5 indicates that SPIs are likely to be distributed in component 2, representing growth defects.
