REA 2008 – State of the Environment Report 2008

The State of the Environment Report now presented (REA 2008), based on 33 key indicators, demand provide a comprehensive picture of the state of the environment over the past few years, with a special focus on 2008. At a time when more and more information is available, in a variety of ways, it is essential that they disclose processed, perceptible and synthetic data that facilitate their analysis and understanding. In this way, and following the methodological options initiated with the SSA 2004, the SSA 2008 starts a second series of reports. synthetics, similar to the REA for 2004, 2005 and 2006. The key indicators serve the purpose of summarise in few indicators, simple or composite, the main trends of evolution in the various fields of the environment or, in a broader sense, the sustainable development of the country.本次提交的《环境状况报告》（REA 2008）以33项核心指标为基础，旨在全面呈现过去数年间的环境状况，并重点聚焦2008年的情况。在信息获取渠道日益多元、总量持续增长的当下，发布经过处理、易于理解且整合后的数据集，以助力分析与理解工作，实为必要之举。以此为遵循，并延续2004年环境状况报告（SSA 2004）确立的方法论框架，2008年环境状况报告（SSA 2008）开启了第二系列报告的编制工作。此类合成报告与2004、2005及2006年的REA报告体例一致。核心指标的设置旨在以少量简单或复合指标，概括环境各领域的主要演变趋势；从更宏观的层面而言，亦可体现国家的可持续发展态势。
