Full-length transcripts of the MCF-7 breast cancer cell line. Homo sapiens

The full-length transcripts of the MCF-7 human breast cancer cell line were sequenced to demonstrate the capabilities of the PacBio Isoform Sequencing (Iso-Seq) technology, and to encourage interested researchers to explore the transcriptome dataset for features such as alternative polyadenylation, novel transcripts, and fusion genes.
