In this feasibility study we developed a novel peer review intervention that aimed to reduce undisclosed discrepancies between registrations and their associated publications. We iteratively refined this intervention, which we call "discrepancy review". We ran the discrepancy review on 21 manuscripts submitted to 2 journals.
