Mycale acerata ddRADseq

In order to provide advice on Marine Protected Areas design in the Southern Ocean, we investigated gene flow and population connectivity of the sponge Mycale acerata. We used RADseq techniques to obtain neutral SNPs from individuals distributed along the Western Antarctic Peninsula and its associated islands, the South Orkney Islands, and the Subantarctic South Georgia Island.
