With this work;Isolation and identification of E. coli from collected meat samplesObtaining data on possible colistin resistance in meat samples,Determination of the resistance status of isolates against various antibiotics (disk diffusion method),Identification of the genes responsible for the resistance of the isolates to the tested antibiotics,Identification of factors (genes) that may play a role in the virulence of isolates,Revealing the whole genome sequences of E. coli isolates carrying genes responsible for antibiotic resistance and confirming previous phenotypic and molecular tests,It will be done in order to determine the genetic relationships of the isolates with each other.
