Sepsis is a life-threatening condition that often leads to multi-organ dysfunction and energy dysruption. To explore the cellular response of the mouse wat during sepsis, we employed snRNA sequencing to profile differentially expressed genes (DEGs) across various wat cell types. Six wat samples were collected from six male C57BL/6 mice, aged 20-24 weeks. These mice were divided into two groups: CLP (three replicates) and Sham (three replicates), each receiving the corresponding treatment. The samples were then subjected to snRNA sequencing.
