<b>Data from a Randomized Controlled Trial of an Online Structured Expressive Writing Intervention for Bereavement</b>

This dataset was derived from a two-arm, parallel-group randomized controlled trial (RCT) examining the effectiveness of a self-guided online expressive writing intervention targeting self-disruption in bereaved Chinese adults. A total of 66 participants were randomly assigned to either an intervention group (n = 35) or a waitlist control group (n = 31). Data were collected at baseline (T0), post-intervention (T1), and 6-month follow-up (T2; intervention group only). The primary outcome was prolonged grief severity measured using the PG-13-R.
