Data transmitted by DREAL GRAND EST See Environmental Code articles L.555-16, R.555-30 b, R.555-30-1 and R.555-31 Article A. 126-1 of the Urban Planning Code relating to the legend of public utility easements (SUP) was amended by the Order of 22 October 2018 amending Article A. 126-1 of the Urban Planning Code. Article A. 126-1 now provides that the representation of the various SUPs listed in the Annex to Book I shall be determined in accordance with the digitisation standards validated by the National Geographic Information Council (CNIG). The CNIG SUP standards are available on the CNIG website. Former Article A. 126-1 provided that the SUPs were represented in accordance with the alphanumeric code and the graphic symbols annexed to the Decree of 29 July 1987 amending and supplementing the Annex to Article A. 126-1 of the Urban Planning Code. As these graphic symbols have become obsolete following the definition of a CNIG SUP standard in the context of the transposition of the INSPIRE Directive, Article A. 126-1 has been amended and the 1987 Order repealed. The alphanumeric codes assigned to each SUP are now set by the national nomenclature available on the geoinformation site. The national nomenclature has been updated due to the creation of new SUPs since 1987 and the repeal of certain SUPs. It has also been amended as regards SUP I relating to the use of certain resources and equipment.2019年1月版公共地役权（public easements, SUP）新命名规则 涉及燃气、碳氢化合物、化工及部分燃气输送管道周边城市化管控的地役权相关数据。 数据由大东部大区环境、规划与住房局（DREAL GRAND EST）报送。 详见《环境法典》第L.555-16、R.555-30 b、R.555-30-1及R.555-31条。 2018年10月22日政令修订《城市规划法典》第A.126-1条后，该条关于公共地役权（SUP）图例的内容已完成修订。现行第A.126-1条规定，第一编附件所列各类公共地役权（SUP）的表现形式，需符合国家地理信息委员会（National Geographic Information Council, CNIG）验证通过的数字化标准。CNIG公共地役权（SUP）标准可于CNIG官方网站获取。 原第A.126-1条规定，公共地役权（SUP）需依照1987年7月29日修订并增补《城市规划法典》第A.126-1条附件的政令所附的字母数字编码及图形符号进行表现。随着《空间信息基础设施倡议指令》（INSPIRE Directive）落地过程中CNIG公共地役权（SUP）标准的制定，原有图形符号已过时，因此第A.126-1条完成修订，1987年政令同时废止。 当前分配给各公共地役权（SUP）的字母数字编码，由地理信息平台发布的国家统一命名规则确定。 鉴于1987年以来新增部分公共地役权（SUP）、废止部分原有类型，且针对涉及特定资源与设备使用的SUP I类条款亦作出调整，国家统一命名规则已完成更新。
