Identification of LncRNAs and mRNAs involved in adipogenesis

Genome wide lncRNA and mRNA expression profiling at day 0 and day 4 after induction of adipocyte differentiation in C3H10T1/2 and 3T3-L1 cells were analyzed by Arraystar Mouse LncRNA Microarray V3.0 C3H10T1/2 and 3T3-L1 cells were induced for adipocyte differentiation. Total RNA was extracted at day 0 and day 4 post-induction using Trizol reagent according to the manufacture's protocol. RNA quantity and quality were measured by NanoDrop ND-1000.
